Questions we get asked
Will the Matrix work on my sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes. The Matrix hangs from adjustable cables, so it stays level regardless of the pitch above it. Drop adjusts from 1 to 15 feet, which covers standard, tall, and two-story ceilings. If your ceiling is unusual, call the studio and we'll spec it with you before you order.
Do I need an electrician?
The Matrix ships prewired and mounts to a standard ceiling junction box, and most single-ring installs take about 45 minutes with two people. If you're replacing an existing fixture, no new wiring is needed. Larger multi-ring configurations are heavier and more involved, and many customers use an electrician for those.
How long until it ships?
Some configurations are stocked in our Miami warehouse and ship right away. That inventory moves fast — a single builder order can clear a size out — so if you're on a timeline, order sooner rather than later. Anything not in stock, or configured to order, takes 3 to 4 weeks to build plus about a week in transit.
Can I see one before I buy?
Yes. The Miami studio is at 3449 NE 1st Ave #111. Call 305.897.2209 to arrange a time. If you're outside Miami, the studio will walk you through configurations by phone and send additional photography of the finish you're considering.
What if I need a configuration that isn't in the list?
Call the studio. The configurator covers the standard layouts — staggered, linear, area, concentric — in 1 to 5 rings at 32, 24, and 20 inches. Anything outside that, including larger commercial installations and multi-unit orders, is handled directly at 305.897.2209.
Can I get a spec sheet?
Yes. Spec sheets are available for every configuration — ask the studio on 305.897.2209 and we will send the PDF.
What are the returns and warranty?

Nothing here is a stock item. You choose the rings, the plate, the drop and the finish, and the studio assembles it after you order.
