Mistiva SMS Program Terms

Operator: This SMS program is operated by Ineract LLC, doing business as Mistiva (mistiva.com). References to “Mistiva”, “we” and “us” in these terms mean Ineract LLC.

Program name: Mistiva SMS alerts. When you opt in, Mistiva sends you text messages about designs you save in our chandelier configurator, follow-ups from the studio about those designs, and occasional offers.

How you opt in: by ticking the SMS consent box when you save a design on mistiva.com, or by texting an opt-in keyword to our number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages you have opted into. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change the number we send from and will notify you if we do.
