1. SPONSOR
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by:
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are NOT eligible:
- Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of such individuals
- Persons living in the same household (related or not) of such individuals
This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway runs monthly with the following schedule:
Entry Period: First day of each month at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) through the last day of each month at 11:59:59 PM ET
Drawing Date: Within five (5) business days following the close of each Entry Period
Winner Notification: Within five (5) business days of drawing
Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person/household per month, regardless of entry method.
METHOD 1: PURCHASE ENTRY (AUTOMATIC)
Make any purchase at hausofinteriors.com during the Entry Period. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for that month.
Important: Only your first purchase during the Entry Period will count as your entry. Additional purchases in the same month will not result in additional entries, but you will still be eligible for the giveaway with your first purchase.
METHOD 2: FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Important: Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period and received within seven (5) days of the Entry Period end date to be eligible. Only one mail-in entry per person/household per month will be accepted. Multiple mail-in entries from the same person/household will be disqualified.
ENTRY LIMITS & RESTRICTIONS:
- One (1) entry per person/household per month
- If you make a purchase AND send a mail-in entry, only your first-received entry will count
- Making multiple purchases does not increase your entries or odds of winning
- A "household" is defined as people sharing the same residential address
- Use of multiple email addresses, accounts, or identities to circumvent this limit will result in disqualification
- Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified
By entering: You agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. You also agree that Sponsor may use your entry information as described in Section 11 (Privacy).
5. PRIZE DETAILS
Monthly Prize Pool:
Ten (10) Winners per Month
Each winner will receive a refund equal to their purchase amount, up to a maximum of $500.00 USD per winner.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $5,000.00 per month (ten winners × $500 maximum)
Prize Details:
- Purchase Entry Winners: Refund amount equals the total purchase amount (including product cost, shipping, and taxes) up to $500 maximum. Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of winner verification.
- Mail-In Entry Winners: Will receive $500.00 via check or electronic transfer within 30 business days of winner verification.
- If a winner's purchase amount is less than $500, they will receive a refund equal to their actual purchase amount (not $500).
- Winners may keep their purchased products; no return is required.
IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable
- No cash alternative or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion
- Limit one (1) prize per person/household per month
- If you win in one month, you are still eligible to enter and win in future months
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable
- Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt
- Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Selection Process:
Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days following the close of the Entry Period by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Winner Notification:
- Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing
- Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification attempt
- Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner
- If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries
Winner Verification:
Before being declared an official winner, each potential winner may be required to:
- Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification
- Provide proof of age and residency
- Provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax ID for tax reporting purposes (IRS Form W-9)
- Comply with these Official Rules
Failure to comply with these requirements within the specified time period may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
Alternate Winners: In the event a potential winner is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected per prize, after which the prize may remain unawarded.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree:
- To be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects
- To release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of any prize
- That Sponsor has neither made nor is responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, relating to any prize
- That winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law
Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Violates these Official Rules
- Tampers with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway
- Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
- Uses automated entry methods or programs
- Commits fraud or deception in connection with the Giveaway
Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
8. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
Governing Law: This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
Venue: Any legal proceedings arising from this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, PA, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Arbitration: As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail
- Technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications
- Any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway
- Human error, typographical errors, or problems in the administration, processing, or fulfillment of entries
- Any printing, production, or distribution errors
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS GIVEAWAY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. TAX OBLIGATIONS
IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION:
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner who receives a prize valued at $600 or more during the calendar year. Winners who refuse to provide required tax information will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.
Winners should consult with a tax professional regarding their specific tax obligations. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding tax matters.
11. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at hausofinteriors.com/privacy-policy.
By entering this Giveaway, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described in these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. Sponsor will use your information to:
- Administer the Giveaway
- Verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules
- Contact winners and fulfill prizes
- Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations
Your information will not be sold to third parties. Sponsor may share your information with service providers who assist in Giveaway administration, subject to confidentiality obligations.
12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS
Winners' first names and last initial will be announced on Sponsor's website at hausofinteriors.com and may be announced via email and social media.
For the names of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked within thirty (30) days of the drawing date to:

13. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- If fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway
- If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned
- For business reasons at Sponsor's sole discretion
Notice of any changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
